Please familiarize yourself with the policies below and follow them accordingly in order to keep you and everyone else as safe and comfortable as possible. You must be 21 years or older to make a reservation. Groups of adults who are not accompanied by a parent must ALL be at least 21 years of age.
SITE OCCUPANCY & VEHICLE LIMIT Our rates are based on one camping unit / one family per site. 2 Adults and up to 3 children (18 and under & unmarried). Additional charges apply for over 3 children. There will also be additional charges for more than 2 adults. No more than 4 adults will be allowed per site.
Note: No tents or mats allowed on Full-Hookup campsites
Limit 1 camping unit and 2 vehicles per site (boats, ATVs, and utility trailers count as 1 vehicle). Note: Unfortunately, there is NO overflow parking available. All vehicles, equipment, and any visitors you invite must be parked off the road and on your site .
5 MPH SPEED LIMIT The 5 mph speed limit is to be observed, at all times, throughout the park. This pertains not only to all vehicles, but also e-bikes, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards; any wheeled devices. Safety is first and foremost for our guests.
QUIET HOURS 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times though, day and night. Music during the day must be kept at acceptable volumes (should not travel beyond your campsite). No music or TVs allowed after 11pm. This includes loud talking/laughter, which may disturb your neighbors who have decided to retire by 11pm. No set-ups allowed after 10pm.
PETS must not disturb other campers with consistent barking or aggressive behavior, or you may be asked to leave the park early with no refund. Do not leave dogs unattended at any time, regardless of whether they’re inside or outside your camping unit. Please take them with you when you leave your site. Pets must be kept leashed at all times when outside your camping unit or vehicle. Maximum leash length: 6-feet. Only those capable of controlling pets at all times should walk them. Any messes must be cleaned up, so please carry the proper items. Keep your pet on the road and off others’ sites. No pets allowed on the beach or in the pool area, bathhouse, laundry room, or playground.
VISITORS All visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay a visitor’s fee. Please keep in mind we have no overflow parking – be sure there’s room on your campsite to accommodate any visitors you invite.
HOLIDAY VISITORS POLICY No overnight add-on guests allowed to a reservation involving Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day weekends. No doubling up of camping units or families, particularly on holidays. 1 couple or 1 family per site.
WARNING At no time will you be allowed to joy-ride in the park or adjoining restricted properties an ORV (off-road-vehicle) or other motorized vehicles (mopeds, scooters, quads, 3-wheelers, motorbikes, etc.). Your street legal ORV may only be driven directly to and from your site. Revving of dune buggies, quads, etc. will not be tolerated. Tune them at the dunes please!
PROFANITY Being a family campground, verbal or written profanity of any kind will not be tolerated.
POOL The outdoor heated pool is operational Memorial Day weekend through early September. Hours posted. No lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian (18 & up) at all times. Music in the pool area allowed only through the use of headphones. Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers or “swimmies”.
BIKES & OTHER WHEELED ITEMS After dark, no riding inside the park for the safety of both riders and pedestrians.
GOLF CARTS Golf carts are not allowed in the campground. Only park employees are allowed to use these vehicles.
RADIO-CONTROLLED CARS or DRONES For safety reasons, radio controlled cars, trucks, and other devices are not to be used in the campground.
BEACH & LAKE ACCESS Private beachfront access is located across the street from the park entrance and down the one-way paved road. No pets, campfires, or fireworks allowed on the beach. No lifeguard is on duty.
FIRE RINGS Your campfire must only be in the fire ring. Moving or pulling fire rings from the ground will result in a $25 fine. Do not use fire rings for garbage or burning garbage. Dumpsters are located at the entrance of the park.
FIREWORKS Fireworks are prohibited in the park and the beach area at all times. Sparklers can be used, but please place the used wires in your fire ring.
GARBAGE DUMPSTERS Dumpsters are located at the front of the park (see map). Garbage is not picked up at your site, so note that it is your responsibility to use the dumpsters for garbage. Your fire ring is for campfires only—not garbage.
SITE MAINTENANCE Do not dig trenches or holes; damage trees; move fire rings; dump gas, oil, or grease; or play games that will damage the campsite. Breathable camping mats must be used if you are staying longer than 3 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY To be eligible for a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee (per site), we require a minimum 14-day notice prior to your scheduled day of arrival. Unfortunately, NO refund will be issued if we are given less than 14-days advance notice.
RESERVATION CHANGES $25 change fee will be charged for shortened stays and must first be approved by management. Minimum 14-day notice required prior to scheduled arrival date. No changes will be accepted at check-in. Transferring a deposit to a different time period is not allowed.
