Discover the farm markets and wineries of our region! The hilly land that lines the west coast of Michigan is perfect for growing many types of crops, such as asparagus, corn, apples, cherries, and wine grapes. In this way, we’ve been blessed with an abundance of agriculture in our area, and that means great produce and many fine wines.
With all the great fruits, vegetables, and other products our region produces, it makes sense to take advantage of this bounty. You can get your own locally grown produce at one of the quaint farm markets nearby. There, you’ll also find jams, jellies, pies, honeys, and other delectable items to take home with you—and don’t forget a few bottles (or cases) of wine!
The Fox family is one of the oldest farming families in the area. For five generations, Foxes have been cultivating the land in Oceana County and bringing the produce to family dinner tables throughout the region.
Now, at The Fox Barn, you can get a taste of their freshly-picked seasonal produce, along with their own specialty wines and other delicious goods.
